I recently decided to start running again and completely overdid the distance. Undeterred and determined to continue, I kept running until I was limping due to my calf being so tight. Since I had carried on too long, the pain had spread into my glute as well. I went to see Christine who suggested dry needling to release the tight muscles. The almost immediate release is more than worth the temporary pain. After two sessions I was back running 13 miles virtually pain free. I would highly recommend acupuncture and would definitely do it again. These pins are nothing short of a miracle!
